An extra occupational safety specialist in proper class must be recruited up to until every thousand people<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n(3) In hazardous class workplaces 500 or more employees, at least one of occupational safety specialist will be employed full time for his\/her 500 employees. An extra occupational safety specialist in proper class must be recruited up to until every five hundred people<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n(4) In very hazardous class workplaces 250 or more employees, at least one of occupational safety specialist will be employed full time for his\/her 1000 employees. An extra occupational safety specialist in proper class must be recruited up to until every two hundred fifty people<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>Occupational Physician Working Time Calculation<\/h3>\r\n<p>(1)\u00a0 Occupational physician work for the periods used to fulfill their duties in this Regulation:<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>It is in the less hazardous class, at least 5 minutes per employee per month.<\/li>\r\n<li>It is in the hazardous class, at least 10 minutes per employee per month.<\/li>\r\n<li>It is in a very hazardous class, at least 20 minutes per employee per month.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n(2) In less class hazardous workplaces 2000 or more employees, at least one of occupational physician will be employed full time for his\/her 1000 employees. An extra occupational physician in proper class must be recruited up to until every two thousand people<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n(3) In hazardous class workplaces 1000 or more employees, at least one of occupational physician will be employed full time for his\/her 1000 employees. An extra occupational physician in proper class must be recruited up to until every thousand people<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n(4) In very hazardous class workplaces 750 or more employees, at least one of occupational physician will be employed full time for his\/her 750 employees. An extra occupational physician in proper class must be recruited up to until every seven hundred fifty people<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>Occupational Nurse Working Time Calculation<\/h3>\r\n<p>(1)\u00a0 Occupational nurse work for the periods used to fulfill their duties in this Regulation:<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>In workplaces with 10 to 49 employees in a very hazardous class, at least 10 minutes per employee per month,<\/li>\r\n<li>In workplaces with 50 to 249 employees in a very hazardous class, at least 15 minutes per employee per month,<\/li>\r\n<li>In workplaces with 250 or more employees in a very dangerous class, at least 20 minutes per employee per month,<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n(2) It is not necessary to employ occupational nurses in the workplace if the company got a full-time occupational physician. However, in order to provide occupational health and safety services more effectively, occupational nurses may be appointed in these workplaces if the occupational physician requests and the employer deems it appropriate.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<strong>All employees are worthy of working in a healthy and safe environment.
